Granny's gone and done it again

Ever since I landed in the hospital a couple of years ago, I have ordered a case of Propel and some other flavored waters from Amazon to show up monthly. I keep those cases right in my office, as I don't care if they're lukewarm. I make sure that I always have one bottle next to me and one on the nightstand.

If I note that half a day has gone by and I still have the same bottle here, I chug it and open a new one. I try to down at least four of those a day, plus a tall glass of cranberry juice and some iced tea. I also drink about four 16 oz cups of coffee a day too.
I keep a bottle of water with me all day. I take a bottle with me in the car. Can't put sweet stuff in it. Here's my bottle next to me in the t.v. room. I refill the bottle. I buy a new one a few times a months.
I'm catching up here and heading for bed.

Potty room much? 😁

gross Actually it all sounds nasty. I just really struggle to drink water. Dr. asked me today what kind of water I do like. She mentioned all of those and I said I cant see how they would be good for you with all the fake stuff they add. I stopped drinking soda too so maybe I should try warm water.
My former husband didn't drink water. Pepsi in the day, a few beers at night.

Hint has only a tiny bit of natural fruit flavoring. There's so little flavoring, it's more like a scent, lol. Here:

The main ingredients in Hint water are purified water and natural flavors from non-GMO plants. Hint water is also free of sugar, sweeteners, MSG, preservatives, nuts, soy, and gluten. It is vegan, plant-based, kosher, and keto-friendly
I may have to try this.
