Another junk food lunch with the kids tomorrow. Hot dogs on the grill. Chips. And to make it healthy some corn on the cob. DD is going to have to operate the grill as I must till while the temp is down and try and do some planting for the fall peas and a couple more rows of okra. The tomato plants for the fall crop of canning tomatoes look really good. Far better than the ones we bought in the spring.

Had to bathe the back end of a dirty-bum hen tonight. Wonder if she is responsible for the jelly eggs. Sometimes find two in the poop trays of a morning. Gave her two calcium citrate tablets. Will keep doing that for a week or so and see what happens.
