Granny's gone and done it again

Fridge came at 3:30. They were done around 4:10. Did good getting the old out and new in. Had to take off the front door. Then Austin hooked the water connectors for the ice and water. Had to make the holes in the wall and cabinet bigger because we're using a coil line. Now it's almost cold enough to put the food back in.

I noticed Lowe's had a big side by side with a large freezer below up at the front entryway for a thousand dollars. Nine hundred dollars savings. I saw it there last week and again this week. No takers I guess.

Im finally home. They kept Tom. said severe UTI resistant to antibiotics he has been on and needs IV antibiotics.He was even more confused there than at home. He told them he would stay one day and thats it. Im tuckered out yall

I'm glad you had help getting him to the hospital. You must be worn out! Now get some rest for Granny. He may be in the hospital, but your routine is broken and he is on your mind. Don't forget to take care of Granny!

I'll catch up later. I'Atm beat but the tomatoes are in the ground. It took both of us to do it. Had a mid day rest during the heat. Ate some cheese and ritz toasted vegetable crackers for supper. l Off to bed early. Already had meds and falling asleep. I think I almost went to sleep in the shower. I'm just not normal tonight.

The neighbor whose dog got my chicken did this for me today.

Two down, five to go, I think. I believe I will have him make the remaining ones deeper. Definitely need a lot more ventilation in there. It's already an improvement.

I can't do a freezer on the bottom. Bending over, not good for us folks that have Vestibular problems.
Finding out this thing has a lot of bells and whistles, almost literally. There's an area you touch to open the door and it opens. I thought something was wrong at first. If you don't open it once that's triggered, it closes again. If you leave the doors open too long, they ding at you. Still waiting for the filtered pitcher water to fill in..and for the fridge water to work. Says 24 hrs for the ice cubes to happen so we're thinking the water will too. If not..Lowes will be back.
Still not cold enough to put food in. This fridge is bigger than our last 25 year old thing.
