Yes but last time a couple weeks ago she thought I was escalating so now I’m nervous to see what she says this time. BUT!!! I haven’t done anything wrong technically so no reason to yet

You are going to be fine! Worry and anxiety are symptoms of bipolar. You are low on medicine and it is making you anxious. Take your new medicine and get a good night's sleep. So when you talk with her you will be relaxed.
