Mein is the mom. Father is either Tibbit's or Shoe. IF the calf is a golden then Shoe's the dad. As he should be carrying the recessive golden gene.

trying to figure out how to get Muscovy ducks back since the state has "outlawed" hatcheries from sending them to ND.

Maybe hatching eggs ?? Any one "know a guy" or what the sucess rate on hatching eggs is ??

Wonder why? They are the only duck I've been told would stick around here. We have a creek down the bank behind our house, and ducks would love to go down there and swim. Other ducks would swim a little farther each day and eventually go too far where predators would get them or they'd just not know how to get home. Muscovies I'm told would stay put and not swim away.
