I love milk products. Everything good has milk in it! If I'd have never tasted it, it would be easier. I could tolerate it until I got Crohn's. My mouth waters thinking of iced chocolate milk

Have you tried the A2 milk? The difference in the protein is supposed to be a lot easier to digest for those with lactose intolerance caused by conditions like Chron's.

Growing up we always had the 2% Milk in the house, I never liked drinking it without a boatload of chocolate syrup... (fyi, Ghirardelli makes chocolate syrup now, so much better than the others).
Then one day when I was an adult, the store only had whole milk or skim, so I came home with the whole and my mom and I both were permanent converts. lol

Thank you. But man, I couldn't have picked anything harder to sex! Tonight we marked two more cockerels! I studied them diligently this afternoon. This now means that out of 15 chicks, TEN are cockerels!

Ameraucana. The ones with dark legs, their mothers are pb Ameraucana. The others' mothers are half Ameraucana. All my chick have the same sire, who is half Ameraucana. I was so impressed with this breeding because the sire always throws these lavender chicks, some of whom are lightly barred and some are not. The barring is not sex-linked, both male and female chicks can be barred. Supposedly EEs do not breed true for color, but he seems to, at least when he is bred to lavender EE or Ameraucana hens. I want to breed his get and see what happens in the next generation.

Umm, wait, I'm confused... sorry! I thought you were saying they were EE's. So if one side is pb Ameraucana, are you saying the other side is EE?

Thanks but she doesn't have Crohn's. She has that allergy you get from a tick bite, Alpha-GAL, it's called. She is now deathly allergic to anything that comes from any mammal. Meat or any dairy product could kill her. It's not a matter of her not being able to digest it. She could go into anaphylactic shock. So she has to have all plant-based products but she can still have chicken or fish. Or eggs of course.

It has been a real blessing to my GC. I'm so glad there are options for her that don't stink like the original options do. She uses something she calls a dab pen that I can hardly tell from her vape, and that's saying a lot. I am very sensitive to odors. I'm not sure what it costs, though.

I only tried the eating kind a couple different ways lol (homemade and from a shop). I have asthma too so any other way probably is not a great idea LOL plus I’m pretty sure with the meds I’m on now, it interacts.

Totally makes sense. The eating kind is really not the best. But they do make an oil, even an ultra purified CBD oil, that's reported to be very relaxing. Just used like a lotion. That one shouldn't interfere with any meds.

Yes, my chick's sire is a half-Am EE, and their mothers are also either half-Am EEs or pb Ams. If that makes sense? None of mine are pb Am.
