Granny's gone and done it again

When my meds don't work right, nighttime is always the worst. I think what happens is we have some had nights and then the anxiety gets worse at night time because we fear it's going to happen. Then you try too hard to sleep and that itself keeps you awake.
So true! I've learned to just chill about it and realize that a good night's REST is almost as good as a good night's sleep. So I just close my eyes and ... well my strategy is to just start praying for everyone I can think of, lol. And that old devil, he doesn't like that much, so I'm usually asleep pretty quick! There are also breathing exercises you can do that require repetitive counting, those work pretty well too.
 
While in town in the morning I'm picking up some wormer and going to start worming mine again. I lost one of my all time favorite roosters this month to what I believe was worms. He had lost a lot of weight that couldn't be detected from just looking at him. They all are getting Corrid water now too.
