Granny's gone and done it again

What Larry said. I believe the plan switching only takes effect in January, so you have to have the change in place before then or get stuck waiting another year.
My mom had this nice lady that was a go-between helping her change the medicare part. I think United put her in touch with that person. So it might be a two part process, OR I may be remembering it wrong.

How's that crazy?
There's a little region in our brains responsible for the disgust reaction. It's tied into our senses more directly than our forebrain is. That area developed to keep humans from doing unhealthy stuff, like eating decayed items, parasites, or touching dead bodies. It's particularly concerned with food. It would be illogical for that area to stop functioning after millennia of keeping people alive. And growing up in the country in touch with food sources could actually reinforce it rather than reducing it.

I've looked into this due to being diagnosed with OCD/Germaphobia. Which is the version of disgust and control that's gone a bit too far. Animals help me, but seeing gross human habits make it worse, so I avoid cities and crowds like the plague.
Cool! Is this why I keep nitrile gloves in my hen house and under my kitchen sink, and pretty much don't handle raw food without them? 🤣 Or clean my coop or my cat boxes without them? Or my bathrooms, or .... Roses, did you hate finger painting when you were little? I did! I grew up in a big city but now live at least half a mile from my nearest neighbor (mostly) and couldn't be happier!

I think you can change between the first of October and the end of December. Or something like that. Will def look into it.

Be leery of Humana without check every detail. Negative news about them and medicare for 2025. I don't remember what it was but I would touch it with a vaccinated pencil. None are perfect but I'm sticking with United Health Care until I find a reason to change.

I wormed with Valbazen. After 10 days, treat again. Discard eggs for 14 days after. So for 24 days, we discarded eggs. This was during peak production, when we were getting sn average of 15 eggs a day. Yes, we threw away over 300 eggs!!! Now I am getting 9 to 11, and in 24 days I will probably be getting six because they will be going into molt. So ...
:hit:hit:hit
I can't worm with Valbazen again. I have Ivermectin. How much to give them? Is it oral or pour on?
I loved Valbazen. Worked best. Yes, sadly, can't eat eggs for a while.

I ordered some OTC items that I'm low on or out of yesterday and they will be here tomorrow. No shipping charge as I spent just over the required $35 required amount to not pay extra for shipping. Used my kick back Medicare money to buy them with too.
I used my OTC this month too.
