Granny's gone and done it again

I bought another one of our latest hatched silkies in tonight as when I was holding it and giving treats tonight I gave it a little hug as usual and I could hear a rattle when she was breathing. Not a good sign. She is now on an antibiotic that I hope works as we caught it early. What worries me is she (I hope pullet) didn't have a full crop when I checked her tonight.

I took the middle day meds today so I have to wait the needed time before taking the last round.

It was 71° here but it went up to 72°. Can't complain as that lets me set the AC on 73° for sleeping tonight.

I made myself a nest in my chair to protect my rib. It's not working as I planned but still and improvement. I need to rethink what I'm doing with the pillows.

I remember living in NW MO when August started with stifling heat and by the third week of the month it had cooled down to good sleeping weather.
