Yes and I said I was gonna do that after this case ran out which it did the other day but then I yesterday and today I kept buying a couple more individual bottles also I still have a TON of tea which is caffeinated so I’ve been drinking that too but it does have less caffeine than the soda and I can’t chug hot tea so it helps lol

I managed to get all 8 dogs nails clipped. At least that is something.

I clipped the cat's nails today and he purred the whole time!

I've done nothing today but work on a design for a small muscadine vineyard. 20 vines. Smallest size of the fruit is 1" in diameter and the largest is 1 1/2" in diameter. Most vines produce around 60lbs when mature. Blacks, Reds, and Bronze.

Our grapes grow wild in the tree tops.

We quit pop cold turkey. Haven't touched it in over 5 years if not more. I gave up caffeinated coffee over a year ago when I discovered it was spiking my blood pressure and making me jittery and DH quit it this summer. We are trying also to stay away from the artificial sweeteners especially sorbitol and aspartame. We are only drinking decaf ice tea with sweet n low and lots of water.

We probably should have done this a long time ago but are we feeling better? I think so. Time will tell.

Several years ago, at a restaurant, I ordered a diet coke, it didn't even taste good to me. I dumped it and got an iced tea.

I went outside this evening and pulled weeds. It was pretty hot. So I took off my shirt. That helped a lot. My right shoulder is hurting again, I use it to get out of the bath tub. Need to figure out a different way to do that.
The soil is so very dry, idk how the plants are surviving. I tried to dig a hole to plant something, but I had to keep soaking the soil to finally get it done. Going to try to water asap.
