Pain clinic said stop flexaril and start this instead. Anyone else ever used it?
Tizanidine is used to help relax certain muscles in your body. It relieves spasms, cramping, and tightness of the muscles caused by medical problems, such as multiple sclerosis or certain injuries to the spine.

I remember watching an old Oprah Winfrey almost 20 years ago that was talking about sweating the small stuff. The key response was "when all is said and done, it's ALL small stuff that you worry about".

They did challenge people to sit down and write down 10 things that worry them the most and then wait 6 months or so and look at the list. The majority of the things you write down will have resolved themselves.

SO yep, don't sweat the small stuff.

Howdy y'all. 97 here today. The birds are handling it well. Luckily we have a nice southern breeze that is going through the coop during the day and the birds are for the most part staying in and enjoying it. I've been running cold water out to them and tonight took them out a container of cold yogurt and mixed it with all flock feed for them. They thought it was fantastic!

It's supposed to be hot here through the week. Down to highs of 90 by the end of the week and then cooling a bit. Can't happen too soon IMHO.

I lost another 6 lbs. Don't know how. I haven't crapped in about 10 days

I've tried it. Didn't like it. I use Flexaril. Doc wanted me to try Zanaflex. It made the muscle spasms worse for me which is weird because they are both in the same drug family.

But try it and see how it does for you. I have weird reactions to drugs.

I've been trying. taken a couple laxatives, gavalax ect... Took 3 more laxatives a little bit ago
