Sometime I'll try the Ezekial flour recipe minus the wheat flour part of it, I'll use my bean flour as a substitution.

May I ask what do you use to grind the bean flour with? Some years back we wanted to make bean flour to lower carbs and never found a suitable grinder for the beans. I have seen mention of one with steel knurled heads but never found it.

I have a hand crank machine that makes rolled oats out of oat groats.
