I don't see it as economical.
But . . . I do see it as being beneficial to some people and if that's what you have instead of cows or goats then I see no problem with it.
In the future I want to try out sheep milk.
I see it for a small farmer for personal use but not for being served at Dairy Queen in volume. It's hard to imagine there being a need for it unless it is to avoid and allergy problem. Otherwise Jersey, Guernsey, Milking Shorthorn, Brown Swiss and Holstein are not in danger of losing there jobs. :)
