Granny's gone and done it again

This is Pebbles last calf out of Nugget who decided to die last Sunday or 2 sundays ago leaving behind a 7 week old heifer calf.

After her REFUSING the bottle, any hay or fresh cut grass or water for about 36 hours. We ended up tossing her back with the main herd. Right off the bat she started grazing and I suspect another cow adopted her OR she's stealing little nips/sips off them all.

Granny had her calf (bull) on Aug 24. A native trim.

Mein's little heifer the one I/we/they think is going to be a Golden Royal. Keeping her and Pebbles and then Hailey's daughter as well.

total on the 9 still living calves, 5 bulls and 4 girls.

Little Miracle went to her forever home yesterday. And Boomer is sold just not paid for yet and staying here with the Tank aka wishbone.

All pups got shots, wormed, and health checked by Vet on Friday.

Miracle was 9 lbs, Boomer 9 Lbs and something and TANK was 10 pounds 6 ounces.

BETH is STILL letting them nurse at 9 weeks old. Driving me nutz.

Mike caught an owl INSIDE the brooder room Saturday morning , it had already killed a chick.

was in a mood the other day so 2 different renters got 3 day eviction notices OR pay what you owe.

Angie was gone again this past Sat, Sun and today so I got to open yet again. Nothing having to get up about 6:35 am and then to bed about 3 am.
