The muscle relaxer needs a PA which they are working on but I had a few left over from a different time.
I didn't find anything I wanted to eat so grabbed some Doritos.
I am also waiting for meds for the pressure ulcer on my butt. It's a stage 2

I know those from seeing it in nursing and Assisted homes.
Plus, my Richard has been battling them all along. Goes to wound clinic regularly.

In my younger years, I too was hospitalized several times for bipolar. I was often glad for it. There were times when I called 911 myself. It felt like a safe place when I needed one and the world was a terrifying place to be. It took a couple of years of being in and out of the hospital and having my meds changed and adjusted before my doctors found what worked for me, and I ended up jobless and "virtually homeless" in the midst of it all, but eventually we got me squared away and thanks be to God I have been stable now for the past 24 years.


I don't think we want keto.

So glad they got you stabilized!My Aunt is in her 70s now and they took her off everything (she was suicidal) they Said at that age some people do better without any medication. I hadn't realized that

@h2oratt I only eat between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., an 8-hour window. There's probably more to it than that ...? I'll look it up.

I mean, I do get to liking it once started. It's hard at first. The first week is hard on you.

I'm not sure yet if the PP is helping because when I took my gabapentin it knocked me out for a couple hrs. I have just took everything except the gabapentin so I will see shortly if it helps. Hurting pretty bad right now.

I have lost more weight again. Not pooping I cant figure that one out. Everyone keeps asking me if Im eating. I eat a lot I think
