Granny's gone and done it again

You might but I don't. It just looks rotted in the containers to me. I've tried to eat it in my youth but never could get it down. I do like real cheese and lots of different kinds too.
And most of those cheeses are "processed" way longer than cottage cheese. Ignorance is bliss.
 
Exactly. Yogurt is lightly fermented just as beer is fermented, and for a lot less time than beer is, only for a few hours, not weeks or months like beer. It's not ROTTED.
you cant leave warm milk sit out all night and not expect it to spoil
