Yes, I know. I grew up horse and buggy Mennonite. In our area there was very little difference and we mingled.

Most of the Amish know at least some Mennonites personally and vice versa. It's not that way in all communities but it was where I grew up. The Amish and Mennonites attended the same schools. I grew up without electric and phones.
