Good Morning Granny Land. Yesterday was a lot of driving for medical in two different towns. One was west of me and one east of me. Got the ultrasound done on my thyroid and then went back east for blood work for tomorrows hip injection. I will not be around tomorrow until late. Should be back on once the dope they give me wears off and I see the kids outside.

I've been up since 5a.m. and had meds at 6a.m. and am not ready for a nap. I fed and watered Sophie in my lap this morning. Being gone all day yesterday I didn't get to finish the remodel on her chair. Hoping to get that done today after I replace the air hose on my air compressor. Flat tire on the John Deere so I'm on foot and hips really hate me for that. Any direction I look I see something that needs doing. Today we will be adding a new tarp over the old ones that are leaking. Need to get it done before the new rains get here. We could even be in this next most likely hurricane soon. BBL

And all the Canadian geese have left here. They usually stay all winter. Weird I think it will be a bad winter.

Morning all, Nancy did well on her cath. today. I haven't talked to SD yet.
Housekeeper just left. She mostly played with the dogs. She was pretty young.
Robert is gone shopping with his worker.

Four cockerels went away today. Five remain. I'm missing one. I think the dog must have gotten one, which is actually good news as I thought it had taken a pullet. I'll do a head count tonight. I'll be so pleased if I have five lavender pullets. It's still not much to show for a trip to Alabama, lol!

I've repaired the air compressor with a new hose and got the John Deere toting me around again. John has to haul feed from the van out to the coops. I also got a section mowed today that if it gets a big rain it takes awhile to get to where I can mow it so that's out the way. This afternoon I'm mowing over the septic drain field so that is not going to be a problem like it was last time. Really want a nap but not taking one today so I'll sleep tonight hopefully. I still don't know what time I will get the procedure done tomorrow. Last time it was very early in the morning.
