How do people who stayed behind prepare for an 18' wave? Everyone huddle up in the hallway!

Sammy is barking at something .... there was a noise at the back door (doggy door?) and it wasn't one of the cats ....
They said it would be "unsurvivable." Prepare by getting out of Dodge or writing your name on one of your limbs in permanent marker so they can id your body.
They don't and all to often make the news. There are always some that just don't get what a wall of water can do to a house.

Oh darn!Buy two! I always keep a backup jar of everything. That way when I "run out" of something, I'm not really out, I just open the backup jar (or package or box or whatever) and write it on The List. Then I buy a new one to replace the backup on our next grocery run. I say it's against my religion to run out of anything, bc if I do I'm liable to cuss and, well ... we don't want that!
They call those that stay behind Candidates for the Darwin Award.
