Now Granny you know how to take those B Complex vitamins. Just wrap then in cheese. Melt some cheddar down and put several coats of that on the pills. Where there's a will there's a way....

I've had my meds including B complex with C with a snack so I need to keep a hot date with my pillow. It's already down to 50° outside and holding a steady 69° inside. We are not turning on the heat yet.

I buy that real crappy cheese that is sliced and wrapped in plastic. American. That cheese is like playdough. Wraps really well.
