what procedure did they do? Isn't that cleared up by taking your gall bladder out or am I way off base?Well it wasn't cardio. What I suspect tonight is I have sludge in my common bile duct. I'm hoping it will pass on its own but it sure hurts. I had to have a "procedure" last time this happened, back in 2014.
No, I'd had my gall bladder out on 1999 or 2000. This other procedure was called an ERCP. It was an emergency procedure done in Lincoln NB. About a month later the dye they used hadn't drained properly or something and went septic and I neary died. I spent a week in a St Louis hospital and they did another procedure to clean me out. I don't remember much of that week.what procedure did they do? Isn't that cleared up by taking your gall bladder out or am I way off base?
That's too good!!

Unfortunately, I dont have a doctor. Doctors dont like to order more imaging for things that there is no medical treatment for like broken toes or ribs. Even the ER here doesn't seem to care what's going on.@CapricornFarm, I am so sorry to hear that you are feeling so bad and still having so much pain. When I injured my ribs back in March, it was almost a month before I could get the one to pop back into place so I started feeling better. I Guess the swelling needed to go down enough.
This has been going on long enough for you without a diagnosis that is there any chance you can talk your doctor into ordering a CT or MRI for you?
YIKES? You are having to dodge food? Blessed be the caregivers for they are assured a special place in heaven.![]()
