Umm ... tummy woke me up again. We cancelled our reservation at Stonebridge. Heated up the smoked turkey instead.

Stuffed Chicken is in the oven, DH got a whole chicken because he decided a whole chicken tastes better then thighs (maybe so he has more leftovers?) Chicken digests easier then turkey for me. Can't handle the white meat. Potatoes are cooking, I like making them early and roasting them with the chicken.
Coconut flour yeast rolls are rising. I cooked the cranberries last evening and mixed then with gelatin, so the cranberry sauce is ready.
No desserts... Don't want to pay for over eating!

After smoked turkey heated, GC stripped meat off it and separated white from dark, bless her heart , everyone helping themselves. Cut pie (pumpkin), having a piece now with ReddiWip, cranberry sauce later. Not doing anything special with it, just canned whole berry, not feeling up to doing anything fancy. Still plenty to be thankful for!
