Bridal shower was fun. We were suppose to bring a gift that was one of our favorite things. It was fun to see what every got her.

I used some Silver Queen and had the same problems with it. I also have an extreme climbing variety of beans that were the worst, I planted late and still got bean vines that were eight feet tall. Some of my beans are determinate and those I had no problems with the corn stalks falling over. The problems are with the climbing varieties.

8 ft.! Wow, I like the half runners myself. They get a good sized bean in them.

I have two extreme climbing varieties that I’m hoping will cross pollinate in hopes of getting an even better extreme climbing variety. Gonna need an orchard ladder for those!
