I’m not agreeable with that because the nutritional value is nil, I like real food.So do twinkies and hoho’s. Lots of processed food taste good.
I think they’re gross, I’ve eaten enough real nutritious food that those varieties of “food” are despicably gross!Trueeeee. I still eat them though.

I guess that makes sense lol I usually buy the zero or diet if available though but if not, I do buy the regular.SD, dried fruits contain natural sugars. Yes, they're somewhat concentrated, so "moderation in all things." But compare a half cup of dried fruit to the super-concentrated sugars in soda, candy, cookies, cake, pie, ice cream! You're WAY better off eating the trail mix I describbed rather than any of that junk food. One soda contains about third to half of a cup of pure sugar. Would you sit down and EAT that much sugar in a single sitting? I hope not! But you're DRINKING it several times a day, never mind all the caffeine (which you know is toxic to you) and all the other toxins in soda.
I’ve heard of it before and it does sound good but idk if it’d be possible for me to stick to it 100% all the timeLook up the Mediterranean Diet and see if it is something you might be interested in sticking with. I've read where Diabetics on it have brought their A1Cs and glucose readings down with it.
