One last thing before I go, we had some spectacular hoar frost today.
The length of the frost was right at an inch.
That’s not snow although it looks like it. We had a stiff breeze with heavy fog till about one pm.

We've been getting a lot of frost for the last couple weeks too, but not quite that spectacular! Still, it is beautiful on the trees.

My opinion is that Marble, Munster, aged Cheddar, Smoked Cheddar cheese and the like should be a staple in our diets.

Ahh. Have you tried Tillamook cheddar? Here it only comes in a large brick, but it's delicious.

But ... what? No Swiss? No bleu cheese?
