I miss that, my Mom gave me her car, which was an Impala. That's the one the tree fell on.

Agreed! When we know snow is coming we get the snow shovel in the house. Then, if 8" are forecast, we get out there and shovel after every 2" that fall. SO much easier than waiting till the whole 8" have fallen. That's how people get heart attacks.

(Normally the shovels and tools are in the well house, a building 50 feet away from the back door. One time we forgot to do this and it was almost impossible to even get the door open to get the shovel out! Lesson learned!)

I do the same. If they are in the basement the handles are warm too the hands!

Morning all Nurse will be here in a few mins. Tom was a terrible mess today. While trying to clean him up he decided to let #2 go in the floor. Yes, carpet. He cant help it. After cleaning him and the floor my back was screaming I went to his bathroom. OMG terrible. He kept saying his neck hurt. He will tell the nurse it doesn't because he is afraid they will make him go to the hospital. I cant tell him different. Anyway, point is, he took a PP today. First one since he went to the ER. I hope it slows his system down a little.
