Granny's gone and done it again

GC had an alumni meeting this evening. Called a little bit ago to say her car overheated and she's sitting on side of the road. Had her call AAA and sent DH to go get her. It is 29° out! I could hear her shivering. Called and stayed on phone with her till he got there. She was able to get the engine to come on and the car has heated seats so she's okay. Brr, what a night to get stranded. Tow truck on the way.

Austin has been stuck in traffic on the freeway for over 2 hrs. We have had a blizzard today..the wind!! Between that and a huge accident backing up traffic he'll probably be another hr.

High winds until 3 a.m. It's been going on all day. Poor dogs when they go out.
