I'm going to rest an hour before running coops. The kids are all out playing except for 5 roosters that don't play well when out in the mix.

I would LOVE some fried eggplant. I've never made it but I have ate my fair share. Made with tomato sauce and cheese baked in the oven. Moussaka I believe it was called.

I went to Goodwill tonight in Danville. Seemed like they were closing early. Plus, they are moving this summer. Idk where they are going.
