Granny's gone and done it again

Did you ever find out what caused it? I didn't. But mine came on very suddenly making me think one of my medications left damage. Wish I would know
Adrenal hyperplasia. I was born with it. Everyone else was diabetic in my family as well.

Thank goodness I don't have a tub, only a shower! And I don't think my sugar drops like that. The lowest I know it to have gone is 80. But I don't check it all that often, only in the morning before breakfast. When should I check it?
My Drs had me check it in the morning before I eat, before each meal, an hour after each meal and at bedtime. But anymore, I eat regular small meals, watch my sugars and carbohydrates and mix the sugars/carbohydrates with protein. No fruit drinks or sugar in drinks because that enters the blood stream real fast. Eat some fruit with skin when you have cereal so the sugar enters your system slower. Oatmeal (unsweetened) with unsweetened low-fat yogurt and blueberries is my go to breakfast.
Eat smaller portions of you eat sugar/carbs.
I used to work in the hospital and had to count the diabetics sugars

do you use fake sugar?

I keep thinking someday they will figure out what is causing mine. They call it rebound but it also affects me with more exercise like running home with the dogs or mowing yard or under stress
exercise and water will lower your sugar.

We probably will look into what we can do. Actually, we have had it in the garage 3 times. The first time I got a message there is an internal problem and we need to take it to the dealership (it's very computerized) they didn't find anything that time.
I also didn't have any food with me. I was going to stop at the grocery store. Out of experience I know roadside assistance a take hours. I should have taken PB crackers and water along. The last while the low blood sugar is really bothering me. Likely stress. I cut my visit with DH short yesterday because I had a headache. The symptoms are just a bit constant nagging. Just enough to remind me not to take chances
What make and model is it
