its about time. Cost the state a ton of money to clean up the camps and trash they left EVERYwhere.

Finished at ortho's. She gave me a shot in the knee, just under kneecap. Made me jump even though I was expecting it. Contained a steroid and a numbing agent. Aaaaahhhhh..... First time pain has been below a 7 in nearly a month. It's about a 4. Felt so good I actually got the giggles! I told DH my knee is as happy as if it just ate cookies! And then I cracked up AGAIN! Lol.

Thanks, H. I realize the numbing effect will wear off later today, and the steroid won't kick in for several days, so I have to be patient, so ... but I'm just SO glad for the respite, however brief. Gonna go home, eat a sweet roll and take a nap!
