Lemongrass! Where am I supposed to get THAT!

I don't know what supermarkets you have up there, but here at Publix in the produce section they have an area with cut herbs, and near there is some squeezy tube things. They have paste versions of Garlic, Ginger, etc and now they've added Lemongrass!

I got some seeds for Lemongrass but the package made me sneeze so rapidly, I'm scared to actually grow the stuff!
