You mix up the cream cheese with some powdered sugar and whip till smooth. Put a layer of that down the center of the puff pastry. Cover it with ¼ c jelly. Cut the two sides as shown, into diagonal strips, equally on each side. Fold the strips toward the center alternately. Brush the whole thing with milk, sprinkle with turbinado sugar, pop it into oven pre-heated to 375° and bake for 25-30 minutes.What recipe do you use for the filling?
