I just ate a breakfast frozen meal. It was good! sausage, egg & cheese bagel with sides of potatoes and apples. I added butter to almost everything and salt. There was a lot of food in it. Tom ate earlier of scrambled eggs. turkey bacon and the apples and taters. :thumbsup

Sounds yum!! I like turkey sausage. At Dunkin Donuts sometimes I get turkey sausage with Swiss cheese and an egg on a croissant. It's delish!
 
Brewster carried his little puppy dog on our walk the entire time and back. I thought surely he would drop it at some point but nope!!!!!!! So cute!!!!!! LOL 🤣🤣🤣❤️❤️❤️

I know that sciatica pain when it flares.:( Weren't you going to get a shot in the lower back for that?
