Granny's gone and done it again

My Elijah is at that age now, Iris, the hollow-leg stage. You can't fill him up, he's always hungry! He sure has gotten past that "fussy eater" phase, though! He will eat anything that holds still long enough, lol.

I had 4 growing children and a hungry husband to feed so not cooking was not an option. I think those kids had hollow legs with holes in the toes that all the food ran out of! I learned quickly how to stretch meat to feed all of us. I could feed us on $25 a week with what we grew in the garden. That was in the 70's.
I think you know this, my husband and I did the his, hers, and mine. We had 12 kids together. A few were out by the time we married, but still had 8 at home until we Austin. The ours. :)
Anyway, thats why the Cynthia12.

well I got one of the raised bed tilled and over 300 onion sets planted and the soaker hose laid out and working.

NOTE to self and others make sure there are NO geysers in the hose before getting everything set up. :he:barnie
