Granny's gone and done it again

Had lunch with DH at the hospital. I usually carry my lunch but he wanted me to try out some of their food. For $5 it wasn't bad. I took him the lap top. Their tv doesn't have much selection. And a bunch of art supplies. He will have a long stay and right now he can't walk by himself. Can barely get out of bed by himself

I wouldn't mind having something he did. He seems pretty good!
Happy mothers day. How are your 2 littles doing?
I took them along to see him at the hospital yesterday. They are very calm and listen very well. He misses them so terribly.
The hospital has people that walk through the waiting room with dogs. They encourage people to pet them. It is a teaching hospital so they do a lot of experiments.
Often times there is a second Dr with your Dr that is learning. The day of his cat scan they had a team of Drs along.
DH asked if this is major surgery. He was so scared. The Dr said his problems are not in their text book. He is different. His condition has not been categorized yet. She was able to reassure him though.

Oh wow! That's kind of ... exciting ... and also a little ... frightening? His case may go in the Journal of American Medical Association, is that right? JAMA.... since it's a first of its kind. When is his surgery, I want to put it in my calendar so I remember to pray for him, you, and his surgical team.
