Do you think there is less blood flow to the shoulder making it heal slower? It's probably near impossible to keep from moving it too.Hi everyone. Not typing too much as using my left hand to type feels like I'm wearing two pairs of thick mittens. Takes forever and then I have to go back for typos and wind up making more typos.
Wanted to check in though. Shoulder is living up to the claim that this is a slow healing repair. I've been trying to use my right hand fingers and forearm a bit and got a reality check as in, won't be doing that for a while again. DH came in to find me on the sofa holding s frozen water bottle on my shoulder. Sigh, can't blame a woman for trying
Stay well all.
I've been trying to wean DH from regular morphine to Tylenol. They ordered 2/500mg Tylenol every 8 hours besides morphine. I told him morphine affects the mind, if he can stick to Tylenol, do so. Except for dressing changes when he gets both in addition to Clonazepam. I got him liquid Tylenol and give him 15 ml every 4 hours as needed. He will take Tylenol if it's liquid He still calls me during the night because of pain but day times he has less painTom went to bed at 7. I got 3 hrs last night. I'm so tired
