Home care nurses can come to do dressing changes, but it depends on what the insurance/medicare will pay for. It is usually 2 or 3 times per week, Rarely will they pay for daily, much less twice daily changes. Medicare wants the nurse to teach a family member to do the dressing change so they don't have to pay for it. The home care company should provide all the necessary supplies to do the wound care. I know you will be able to do the dressing change. Probably better than some nurses I have known. If we were close I would come help you.

I didn't mind changing the dressing. I can see a catastrophe in the making simply because DH has found his wings again and I may have problems keeping him on a schedule. He spends a lot of time browsing for treasures at Good Will and the grocery store.
I did mention it by the Dr and they gave him a one on one instructions on how important it is to get the dressing changed and not skip changes. It helps if the Dr tells him instead of me

How about on an android phone? I didn't update my computer. I find it easier (more mobile) to use my phone. I disable apps on my phone that I don't use. System apps I don't disable. Sometimes I disable an app that I shouldn't do I wonder if that's why I can't figure out out.

Phones have so much bloat on them and if I add more apps, it slows my phone down. I dabble in credit cards and I use their apps. Like this month the Jeep needed inspected and I know I will get a nice bill. So I got myself a credit card that if I spend $500 in the first 3 months I get $200 back. I only use it for regular bills . Everytime I expect a big bill like that, I get a new credit card that gives me money back. Amazon offered DH a store card and he gets$100 for opening it so I basically got the ceiling tiles for the stairway for free. Don't get me wrong, I only use the cards to my advantage for necessities

The fire sirens went off last evening. The worst I ever heard. They told me it was for graduation ceremony. Poor dogs had a fit. I think it hurt their ears
