what was she doing?

yelling, screaming, and managed to slice her palm open by either putting her hand thru the glass on the screen door OF slamming it so hard the tempered glass shattered. The Lady cop I noticed ended up with blood on her hand as well not sure if she(cop) got cut or was from the "offender" who did admit to being off her meds to the cops.
