yes, I knew what it was called. Just couldn't spell it . He said it really hurts and doesn't want me to touch it but nurse said it has to be cleaned risk for infection is strong there. I have no idea if its normal

When does the nurse come out again?
As of next week, home nursing/ pt won't be coming out to us anymore. They always wanted to come around 8-9 and DH has a hard time getting out of bed that early

what kills me is they will call at 7am and ask if they can come at 4pm. If their not coming til 4 then why did you wake me up at 7???

Did I tell Yall my Dr. got mad at me? I questioned her cutting his heart meds and water pill in half. That started it then Nancy told her how hard it was on me and the pain I was having and that's when she went off.She said He needs to be,, I interrupted her. I am not putting him in a home. She said who are you hurting? She goes on saying I was hurting him and myself among other words. I just gave her the look like, try it! I will fight .. Not a good visit

You may very well be hurting him and you are almost certainly hurting you. But it's your choice, not hers. If Tom wants to be at home even though he may be more comfortable elsewhere ... and you're willing to care for him in spite of your pain doing it ... than it's not her place to interfere, no matter how good her intentions are, unless you are doing him positive harm. That's my opinion.

But if you CAN'T look after him properly, that may be another matter.
