I guess so. Usually Sprite/Starry (new Sierra Mist)/7 Up, etc. and ginger ales, etc. give me a migraine though. Even though I love them.

Most of the good electrolyte brands are. Except maybe store brand like Walmart or Market Basket LOL

Let the dogs out where they got muddy feet then put them in my room to lock them in their crates where they jumped on my bed first when I said Bed. I gave them their last treat then the phone starts ringing. Another appt. for Tom and then the nurse saying she will be an hr. late. Got Toms noon meds and lunch and let the dogs back out. So many appts. Im struggling to keep up with them. First one is urine Dr. somewhere in Madison . I cant find the paperwork. Paperwork laying all over the place here.
