Morning all, Called to make my follow up appt. with vascular and they don't have an opening til Sept. so I have to go all the way to Edgewood KY. and that's on Tuesdays. The only other day Nancy works with someone else. I made the appt. for the 22nd but not sure I will be able to keep it.

@ShrekDawg I've found that taking ibuprofen with a Benadryl will knock out a migraine for me most of the time. My daughter in love gets chronic migraines and used to have to go to the ER for them and the DR told her that that's part of the "cocktail" that she would get.
I do hope you are feeling better. You too Granny. Blue, I'm glad you are getting around a bit better.
I'm at the airport now waiting for my flight. I was supposed to be going to GA for my sister's wedding that was to be tomorrow. Sadly, her fiance just passed away and his funeral was 2 weeks ago. I just don't know how much a person can go through and still be strong. She's already lost her son when he was 17. My flight was already scheduled so I'm still going. At least I'll get to see family and friends.

I'm so sorry for your sister's loss. Please give her my condolences, I will keep her in my prayers. Enjoy your time with family.
Shrek, benadryl hypes me up too. I climb the walls! can't sit still or sleep.
Granny I hope everything works out for your visit. Maybe they will have a cancellation and you can get in sooner.

Had PT this morning already. I normally have it Weds and Fridays but he got me in today for a change. Good news, I'm graduated (officially) to a cane! Except for long hauls like like long hospital corridors or shopping, where fatigue might be a factor, then I should still use the walker. I did not tell him about the excursions around the house, lol.

ugg! Thanks all, I got it for the 22nd and Nancy has already called her work to take me.
I just got Tom all cleaned up. That's a big job. I also rubbed his hair with no rinse shampoo. I hope it drys clean. 15 mins. til worker and since I did Tom she should have time for the dishes. There's not that much except for silver wear. I have to go to the bank and pharmacy then hope I find a creamer somewhere. Robert put ice in the cooler for it.
If you cant tell I am a nervous wreck.

It's about two hours for us to Cape, and three hours to St Louis but I'm not nearly in as bad of shape as you are. But I did learn on my second-to- last long trip to take my upholstered donut pillow with me in the car. Those little blow-up ones aren't worth the money at all. They are cheap in every sense of the word!

Yeah it’s weird but happens sometimes apparently LOL it hypes my dog up too.
