Granny's gone and done it again

Thanks everybody. Nice day so far. DH and I went out for a motorcycle ride. My shoulder has been sore all day so I did my exercises this morning and DH is insisting I take 24 hours off to see if the pain eases off. Perfect day to take a ride. Sunny, temp in low 80s. Wearing a leather jacket I was pretty warm by the time we got home and glad to get out of it. Yes, we wear full helmets and leather jackets with jeans or heavy pants and boots with gloves.

@Granny Hatchet, I imagine you have diminished venous flow that is keeping them from feeling a strong pedal and groin pulse. What that could lead to is venous ulcerations on your feet or legs that could lead to amputations should they happen as your feet and legs don't have sufficient blood flow to aide in healing. Are you feeling tingling in your feet and legs? Do you have pain when you walk any distance at all? Do you have numbness in your feet and legs? Those are the symptoms of diminished venous flow to your feet and legs. Being diabetic and smoking are two big risks for it along with being overweight and having a diet high in fats. It could also lead to diminished arterial flow.

This is a warning alarm for you. Things haven't progressed to the point that your legs are showing the results of your poor circulation problems that is why they are trying to deal with them now before they do.

I'm so glad that you are taking this seriously.

There must be SOME circulation or yeah. Just not enough for the dr to feel. That's why you need surgery, to open up those blood vessels. Do your feet feel cold?
IDK if there cold to the touch. I cant reach them!! hahaha they are either numb or hurting badly
Weak, rubber legs.
I'm sorry Larry, I didn't see your post earlier. I have that stenosis in my neck and back too. :hugs

Freaking Charlie horses wont leave me alone.
So Bandit, I got a FB memory of him as a baby from 9 years ago. He cries in his sleep. A lot! Just now he was sleeping and the huffing turned into a big bark fest waking himself up. That was way worse than normal. Any ideas??

Nah, more like this one Granny

When mine start to whine, whimper, huff or yelp in their sleep, I lightly whistle at them. It's kind of a hissing noise I make with my tongue. It's a sound they're used to hearing me make. I keep doing it, a little louder and louder until it breaks through their dreams and they wake up a little bit. It alerts them to me, so they know I'm near and it comforts them, then they go back to sleep peacefully. I don't call their name, that would startle them. Don't know if this would work on yours but maybe it will give you an idea.
