Have any dried mullion leaf. I make a strong infusion and drink it with warm milk. Half infusion half milk and honey.

I use Mullion leaf quite a bit mostly as a tea.

With salt and a tad of white pepper.

Yeah, I started again last Friday (the 1st) and I started again HARD. Like jumping into the deep end head first kind of thing.
