Here's what I found. I don't want to alarm you, but to inform you.

lump in a vein following leg surgery could indicate a blood clot, potentially a deep vein thrombosis (DVT), or superficial thrombophlebitis. Symptoms to watch for include pain, swelling, warmth, redness, and tenderness in the affected leg.

ohh ok, If its not down in the AM or gets worse tonight I will call them in the AM. If it does get worse I will call the squad.
