We got to the halfway mark with the treatments. There is a place we could stay 8 miles away from the hospital but decided to keep doing the driving. Eventually it doesn't seem so far anymore. I don't want to eat away from home till my Crohn's is in remission and DHS medicine is giving him some fuzzy thinking so he's better off staying with me. Besides, he's still active and home is where he can find things to stay busy.

It's been nuts here all day. My kids finally got home at two minutes till 10. Melissa says she puked all the way home. Smart girl, she took a bucket with her. She's hurting something awful but we got her settled in bed with a boatload of Ibu they said she could have and her dog by her side. She's in for a rough ride for a while, I fear.
