Hello all lol

Went for a walk/hike today with my peer specialist and a newer team member (I said she could come). I was sweating buckets after LOL

And I still have to walk Brew now too!!!!!!!

Thinking just our usual medium walk for that though. Not the SUPER long 2 hour one and not the SUPER short “hurry up” walk we did this morning.

What is a peer specialist?
Did I tell you I got a therapist for my eating disorder? It is a zoom meeting but I really liked her. After about 6 visits I got a letter from my insurance saying I was out of network. They are the ones that screened my insurance. I am not happy.they want to know if I want to continue at 250 dollars a zoom call. Uh no I don’t think so. Now they are trying to collect more of a copay. I said no I am not paying it.

howdy all, caught up just not on sleep. Tuesday night was a bust. Krima was fine BUT the other 4 NOT so much. 2 hours.

I never did go to the restroom. LOL Why is it called rest room? You don't get any rest in there.
Also, my bruises are spreading down my legs where there were none there before. Is that normal?

well all the dogs seem to have adjusted to Crima null aka the hump-meister or sir humps alot. Vet appointment to tomorrow. They (breeders) did NOT do toes or tails. (not amused !!!) but he had great bone structure in his legs. And the did the first set of puppy shots and then "dropped the ball" Will get the shots started (again) and see if they the vet still can OR will remove his dew claws. Tail aka coffee table clearer offer remains UNTIL it gets seriously hurt.
