I've noticed my fingers hurting worse and the bones are kinda sticking up higher. :confused:

Granny, that is 4,000 mg daily and the maximum recommended dose for a 24 hour period. Some doctors only want you to take 2500 mg daily. " It is not safe to use more than 4 grams (4,000 milligrams) of acetaminophen in one day (24 hours), as this may increase the risk for serious liver problems. For Tylenol® Extra Strength, the maximum dose is 3,000 milligrams per 24 hours" this is from the Mayo Clinic web site. Just want you to be careful. I worry.

He did get the epidural injection today. It was a steroid into the spinal column so it will take some time to really help. He is supposed to take it easy for 2 days (longer if I can make him do it!) then resume normal activity. He should start to feel some relief in 5 to 7 days. He goes back for follow up Nov. 7.

I sure hope it works. Thanks for the info.
I don't take that many a day but would if I didn't have PPs w/Tylenol already in them
