Granny's gone and done it again

Can you bring the building w/ you when you move or buy or rent another? I know you can figure this out!

Wow! You type fast. I also expected the sauce to be red? Looks good.
Idk about moving the studio, because most houses in town are squished together, so you couldn't fit it between houses. Plus many lots are hilly and steep. I had thought about it though.

I just will miss all of the friends I made there!
who says you will have to detach from them and leave them behind? you can always stay connected to them thru other means, other ventures, start your own little group chat or ceramic group.....dont be sad Cap!

Can't sleep. Just can't get comfortable enough to drift off.
Good morning, another fellow insomniac? i've had bad sleeping patterns for years, but manage to get sometimes up to 4 hours of deep sleep, rest of the time, same as you, cant get comfortable enuf to drift off. no tv, no radio, just the sound of the crickets, rain and other stuff outside of the window, occasionally I will listen to Ambient music its relaxing, have you tried any of that?

Nothing works when you are not comfortable due to other health issues and the wheels in your head will not stop turning. If there was just a way to shoot that hamster in my head without collateral damage...............

BBH, would you share your recipe for enchilada sauce? Please, Pretty please with a cherry on top! I love to make things from scratch.
is there Cilantro in that recipe? I love Cilantro, I grow the cilantro called culantro that has a broad leaf, pungent taste/scent, great for beans, soups, and salads. this variety will seed all over the grounds, although its not invasive, love the smell after cutting the gras and mowing over a clump of these, i use it in the chicken coops, freshens them hens like it, and noticed rats find the smell offensive so im thinking it might help keep them away a bit, so does oregano, and basil, i grow these herbs for my flock use at home. Anyone else try this technique? Beneficial Herbs for Chooks.jpg

I hear you brother, how about sedatives or organic teas? I have a family member that has a condition in her ears called Tinnitis, which is a constant ringing in her ears, it gets so bad that she has to turn up the volume on the TV not just to hear it but to help drown out that ringing, its constant, even in what little sleep she gets, feel bad for her.

There will be no Cilantro in hers as neither of us care for it. It one of the few herbs we just don't care for. BBH may very well use it. I see no reason that those who like it shouldn't include it.
