Granny's gone and done it again

I have lost track of how many xs he has called for help so far and his breathing sounds terrible. very rattly if that's a word. He doesn't know who I am. I asked him if he knew me and he said yes so I asked who I was and he said my mom.

@Cynthia12 you worked 7-7. Was that with only one person? When mom was on hospice they only came for around half an hour every other day
When I worked hospice it was me and the patient from 7 in the morning to 7 at night. Another nurse came in for the night shift. I took my lunch and ate in the room with the patient unless the family wanted to stay with them while I ate in their kitchen. I used the bathroom in the patients room if there was one or the one in the family area. I would take something to do like a book for when I was just sitting with the patient. I did not leave the patient alone for more than a couple of minutes unless the family was there with them.
