I have some good news today y'all. Welfare hasnt paid yet but they will $1,200. of $3,200. Then between my wonderful friends and ONE family member the remaining balance Is.....$600. and some change!!!

Its going to take a few months, ummm.. Maybe 6 months at the most but I got this. What a huge brick off my back. God bless all. The cards I got. I'm thinking I never read one before because I found them all to be very beautiful.

There will be so much food, Granny, and rolls tend to get thrown away. People get full. All this hard work, I couldn't bear to see these in the trash. And yes, I do have kitchen helpers! I got Melissa on the morning shift now and Lij on the evening shift. He doesn't get out of bed till noon and I need to start cooking/ baking/ prepping by 9 a.m. and I need a clean kitchen! I think he does his college work late at night. He always comes in around midnight for a sandwich or some kind of snack. I cook, they clean. But when I bake I always clean up after myself.

I just need to make two more double batches and I will be done. That should give me a roll per person plus a bunch extra.
